Fighterpaw pinned Charlie to the ground, his claws and fangs fixing into her chest and face. He continued to tear at her fragile skin, even as she cried, screamed, and flailed uselessly against him. Lionpaw then struck the MoonClan apprentice, knocking him clear of the kit. The two fell into a violent struggle.

Duskfall had lowered herself into a crouch, tail lashing and eyes narrowed as she waited for Rainwhisker to make a move in retaliation. She did, and so Duskfall leapt cleanly to the side in order to avoid the charge. Once more she crouched, playing the defensive as she assessed Rainwhisker's ability as an opponent.

Eaglewatcher lashed out without hesitation. The blow was messy and left him open to attack, but it was a heavy blow that could do severe damage if landed. It was how the MoonClan warrior fought, relying solely on his size and his brute strength. He was well aware that he could sustain several hits and keep on plugging away. The same was not true for his opponents if he managed to land a severe enough strike.

Gallantpaw looked around the camp, his mismatched eyes looking around for his siblings and or mentor, the young tom was growing rather big, his baby fat had started to slowly turn to bulk and muscle due to constant apprentice training. The apprentice was turing into quiet the handsome tom

Stonetooth had effectively incapacitated both Orioleflight and Firestride. The two tortoiseshell toms were laid across the snow covered earth, bleeding. Firestride's eyes were closed, leg stretched out at an odd angle. Orioleflight was passed out along side of him. The MoonClan warrior that had bested them quickly moved to break the battle between Lionpaw and Fighterpaw. He grabbed Lionpaw by the throat and threw him to the ground, but it was too late to save Fighterpaw.

Brackenstorm pounced onto Juniperspring, raking his claws against her flank as he sought to drive her off. Juniperspring screamed, tears pooling in the corners of her eyes as she blindly struck out at him, catching his cheek and leaving a shallow blow.

After briskly picking herself up from the failed attack, Rainwhisker began to gauge her options. She was a rather lithe cat. What she lacked in mass she made up for in agility. She began to round her enemy, biding time. She knew there was no way to defeat Duskfall by herself. Without almost getting killed at least. Rainwhisker ran at her opponent. She feigned left and went right, her teeth heading straight for Duskfall's tail.

Duskfall yowled out in pain as teeth clamped down around her tail. She turned towards Rainwhisker, ripping her tail from the other warrior's jaws and aiming her claws at the EarthClan warrior's face. She listened to the sounds of battle around them, saw a few blood covered bodies laid across the floor. We're not winning. She realized suddenly. We're not going to win.

Blood dripped from her face from where Duskfall had raked her claws across it. She took this moment to once again study her opponent. With most of her clanmates down would she stay and attack or would she flee? Rainwhisker began to close in on Duskfall, eyeing her slowly.

"Your clan seems to have bitten off more than they could chew." She taunted," What are you going to do?" Her goal was to intimidate. She puffed her pelt up to its extent and let out a small hiss.

Duskfall let out a low snarl and lowered her head. Her muscles tensed and her claws dug into the ground as she prepared herself for the lunge. All thought of fleeing evaporated at what she perceived as a taunt from this EarthClanner.  "We haven't finished teaching you your lesson yet, fisheater!" She yowled before throwing herself at Rainwhisker. She aimed her claws at the other she-cat's face.

Randi watched the bloodshed before her, wondering if she was religious it'd make a difference to be praying in this situation.

Nightpaw had been herded out of a battle taking place between a couple of warriors. He may have still been an apprentice, but just barely at this point. It infuriated him that he wasn't seen as the average, MoonClan warrior. He posed just as much a threat as the Pixie Bobs he had stormed in with. So, his blood pounding and his eyes seeing red, he searched for a target. He found it in the hidden Randi. The chimera crouched low to the ground and slowly slunk up behind the she-cat. He paused, crouched, and then leapt directly for her back.

Randi let out a horrid mixture between a scream and a gasp as the cat lept upon her back. She flipped onto her back, wailing and trying to roll her attacker off in the dirt and leafy brush.

Nightpaw let out a gasp of surprise as Randi threw her own body to the ground and rolled in an attempt to unlatch him. It worked well enough, as he pulled his claws free of her pelt and rolled away from her writhing form. The chimera got to his feet and shook the snow from his pelt before fixing the EarthClanner with a fierce glare. "C'mon. Fight me, you coward," He spat.

She winced his claws forcefully left her skin but she managed to roll back onto her paws, stingy with the cold of the snow. She shook off her own blanket of snow from her hide and let out a wild hiss at him.

"Shouldn't you be suckling from your mama right now, baby boy?" She spat and swiped at his face with outstretched claws.

Nightpaw responded with unbridled rage to the taunt, throwing himself at Randi once more despite her move to attack him. So, he willingly threw himself into the line of fire of her claws and found them slashing into his face and his throat as he barreled into her. Face first. His skin stung in protest, blood filling his half opened eyes. Still, he wrenched open his own maw and attempted to grab skin, fur, or flesh between his young white teeth.

Randi was used to sloppy fights, nobody in the city really knew how to fight as formally as the Warriors of the clans did. She twisted herself away from him as fast she could but still managed to get some of his teeth lodged in her neck and shoulder.

Nightpaw clung tightly to her, allowing his head and body to get jerked to the side as she attempted to spin away from him. One of his paws hit a nick in the ground and he lost his footing. Forced to release her, the chimera sprawled into the blood stained snow with his legs tucked beneath his chest. His jaw struck the earth, sending his teeth crashing together with a hard click.

The cat jumped to the side, avoiding Duskfall's attack. "Fisheater?! Your insults are just as bad as your motives!" yowled Rainwhisker. Even though she had no idea of their motives it hadn't seemed like Earthclan had done anything wrong. Then again. She was new to the clan. There was a lot she didn't know and didn't understand. Perhaps Duskfall didn't know that though. Rainwhisker ran at her opponent, aiming at her paws. If she could get Duskfall to collapse she could pounce on top of her.

Randi roared as a sliver of skin peeled off her body as he released her and fell. She hopped twice out of his reach and then spun around to see him on the ground. Randi took the opening and pounced at the apprentice.

"As bad as my motives?!" Duskfall cried over the sounds of the battle, just before Rainwhisker ran in to charge her. The she-cat danced aside, pivoting around to the back of the EarthClan warrior and lowering herself to the ground. Ready to pounce. "Your clan mates crossed a border! One of them almost killed my friend! He would have killed all of us. This is justice!"

Nightpaw had just been shuffling his paws beneath him, ready to leap back to his feet, when Randi's full weight slammed down onto his back. He collapsed back the inch he had risen, his chest slamming hard into the earth and knocking the breath from his lungs. He laid there, paralyzed and gasping for air.

At Juniperspring¬?s scream, Brackenstorm released the she-cat and bucked back, praying that she¬?d run off. Instead, Juniperspring took the opportunity to regain her footing and press forward again with a wordless yowl.
